The focus is on scaling the use of AI from the individual to the organizational level. Module 3 covers process analysis and optimization, using AI to summarize documents, analyze data, and prototype assistants. Module 4 focuses on strategy and governance, enabling managers to map use cases, estimate ROI, and draft internal AI policies. By the end, participants will be able to lead the tactical implementation of AI in their teams, preparing them for the advanced course, which focuses on strategy and prototyping.

This is the advanced course (8 hours) in the AI training track from EficiêncIA Lab, designed for leaders, C-level executives, and senior managers who already understand the fundamentals of AI governance or have completed the intermediate course. The focus is on future vision and strategic action. Module 5 explores trends (autonomous agents, automation) and business models, empowering leaders to make "build vs. buy" decisions. Module 6 (Capstone) is a practical workshop where participants, with mentoring, design and prototype a high-impact initiative for their organization, leaving with a 90-day plan, defined KPIs, and a functional prototype.
