The Coordination

The International Relations Coordination Office of the Faculty of Pharmacy at UFRJ (CRI-FF/UFRJ) is the advisory body responsible for organizing, energizing, and strengthening the Unit's internationalization efforts. It promotes academic-scientific cooperation with foreign universities and research institutes, encourages international mobility for students, faculty, researchers, and technical-administrative staff, disseminates opportunities, scholarships, and calls for proposals, welcomes international students, and supports the consolidation of strategic partnerships in teaching, research, outreach, and innovation, in coordination with the CCS International Relations Chamber and UFRJ's institutional guidelines. Goals
  • Support the establishment of international cooperation between FF/UFRJ and leading universities and research institutes abroad to strengthen teaching, research, and outreach;
  • Intensify the mobility of students, faculty, researchers, and technical-administrative staff of FF/UFRJ and offer consulting services.
  • Receive, welcome, and guide international exchange studentsIncoming).
  • Record the accounts of researchers, students, faculty, and technical-administrative staff of FF/UFRJ who have experienced exchanges, with the aim of promoting the exchange of experiences and guiding future international cooperation.
Skills

I - Recommend, issue opinions on, and discuss measures and provisions regarding the FF's international relations;

II – Represent and report to the International Relations Chamber of the Center for Health Sciences (CARI/CCS) on new agreements and partnerships of FF with foreign institutions;

III - Propose measures to CARI/CCS that improve international cooperation activities and support it in the development and improvement of regulations on international mobility and academic recognition;

Responsibilities

Forward any matter that is dispatched to you;
II - Read the files and any documents necessary to clarify the matters under discussion;
III – Draft opinions, recommendations, and proposals and forward them appropriately;
IV – Maintain the collection of acts, minutes, opinions, and other relevant and interesting documents;
V - To perform other duties assigned by the Coordinator that are compatible with their role;
VI – Disseminate the actions of CRI-FF/UFRJ to the FF, CARI/CCS, and the UFRJ Office of International Relations (DRI/UFRJ);
VII – Receive international students, assisting in intermediation with undergraduate and postgraduate coordinators in exchange management.
